Availability & Booking
Our booking process is simple and easy, just select your desired dates and follow the prompts to reserve your stay.
A non-refundable deposit of £100, payable at the time of booking, is required to reserve your dates, with the balance due 4 weeks before your arrival.
Our online calendar is always up-to-date, so you can easily see our current availability. Please note that our availability can change quite quickly, so we recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred dates.

You can book holidays at The Old Coach House in Nettlebridge, all year round.
Our best value stays are those of 7 nights, with a changeover day of Saturday.
You can also book short breaks of three nights or more.
The price you see, is the price you pay! There are no additional booking fees when booking directly with us and there are no cleaning charges or linen hire. The price quoted includes the usual utilities (gas and electricity), bed linen, bath and hand towels for up to four people and a starter supply of toilet roll.
We’ll leave you a complimentary welcome pack with tea, coffee and biscuits as well as fresh milk in the fridge to help you unwind after your journey.
You’ll have free access to the superfast broadband/Wi-Fi as well as exclusive use of the separate games barn, located immediately in front of the cottage.
If you book a longer stay of two weeks or more we’ll offer you a complimentary mid-stay linen change and clean.

In common with most UK private holiday home owners we don’t provide cancellation insurance and strongly recommend that you arrange your own insurance if you don’t already have suitable cover in place.
